I don't know what I would have done without these. My nipples were so sore when I started nursing that even though soft pads hurt me. These were a lifesaver and now I buy them for all my pregnant friends. Keeps anything from touching your nipples which is all I want.
Kinda disappointed, the “soft” silicone backs left uncomfortable pressure rings on my skin. Also the air flow holes don’t do what they are supposed to, the area under the cup got sweaty & stayed to wet - which was uncomfortable. They did give relief from clothes/bras rubbing against tender parts but because of the above issues I wasn’t able to wear for long & definitely not over night.

don’t get these, i ignored the reviews and tried it. very small for your nipples & end up hurting from the pressure they create. also, very very noticeable under your shirt. i was better off letting the girls air out! once you open them you can’t return them so do not buy!!!

I would not recommend these at all. They were recommended to me by my lactation specialist to help with sore/flat nipples from rubbing on my bra. Even when I was not wearing a tight bra they would leave a major ring around my breast. These are not comfortable!

Wouldn't never made it through pumping the first year from nipple dry skin only thing that helped with keeping them moist without cuts

Got me through latching challenges. My son had a tongue tie that severely inhibited his ability to nurse effectively. This went on for his first month until we addressed his impediment. These helped me heal fast and keep going between feedings, sometimes taking a day to allow ointment to work.

These are amazing! Not only does it protect my tender nipples, but collecting the let down milk is an amazing feature! Soft pads just absorb and stick to nipples, wasting all that milk! This is my 3rd child and I wish I had discovered them sooner!

I received these in the hospital when I first started breastfeeding. My nipples were so tender, so it hurt to wear anything or for anything to touch my nipples. These saved my nipples from a lot of pain! And they caught milk/colostrum that leaked. I highly recommend!! You do have to be careful not to bend over or you spill the milk that is caught.
