Medela® Safe & Dry™ 30-Count Ultra Thin Disposable Nursing Pads

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this - it is extremely irritating and itchy, maybe because of very thin edge that get folder up easily.and the whole nursing pad unsticks and folds over very easily, which doesn’t prevent leaking. Don’t recommend.

Truly hate this nursing pad. There is nothing safe and dry about this pad. As a nursing mom that leaks heavily with every letdown, Ive tried every nursing pad under the sun. This one might be the worst. I really wonder if Medela even tested this with any real nursing moms before putting this on the market. First off, it has a hinged design that is completely unnecessary and makes it easier for leaks to occur. It make the pad look lumpy under your clothes, and when you pop open your nursing bra/tank to feed, it just folds right up and unsticks from your clothes and crumples up. Second, the absorbency on this pad is hysterically bad. Yes, it's ultra thin but I've had to change the pad multiple times a day and honestly period panty liners have better absorbency than this one.

Very poor delivery and packaging from Buy Buy Baby. This is obviously a return item that was resold to me. I am not even sure what I will find when I open it but this left me distraught and uncomfortable with Buy Buy Baby particularly as first time customer.

I'm going to be brutally honest, I am not a fan of these. They're too small, I always end up leaking around them and something about them is itchy. I don't know if it's because they're not laying flat in my bra so the edges are making my boob feel itchy or what it is, but I can't stand them. As soon as the box is gone I will be going back to the cheap store brand!

You get what you pay for! Cheap material wouldn’t recommend. Bamboobies disposable are my go to now but they were sold out in stores so I tried these.

Ordered online and received a box of nursing pads that had been ripped open in two places. A return I guess? Pretty strange. Would return but for the price it doesn't feel worth the effort.

I tried medela and lansinoh and these are much better. These held my leakage better. These stuck to my bra better. These also curved to my breast so much better. These were always my go to. Also tried the reusable but those would always leak and tried organic cotton but even then my milk would seep through. If you don’t have a lot of leakage like I did, these are the absolute best for that.
