Tighter than expected. Support strap after unclipping bra very thin. Only two clips per clip sizes, which I think is less than Motherhood's bras. Still comfortable and wearing a lot to break in.

I never complete reviews ever but I am someone who reads hundreds of reviews before making a purchase. With bras being such a difficult purchase, especially for larger chested women, I decided to finally write a review! I'm not 100% sold on this bra. I haven't tried it for nursing yet because my baby isn't here yet. I am a 40DD so I purchased the XL. The positives of the bra is that it fits and is a nice soft material. However, I found it very thin and I really wouldn't be comfortable wearing this in public. I absolutely HATE bras with padding but this definitely the complete opposite... there will be no hiding anything in this bra. I also found it very difficult to unclip (required two hands for me and I still struggled), but I'm sure once I get used to nursing bras that will come easier. Overall, I'm definitely not sold as I was looking for a bra I could wear out and about and this is definitely a home bra. I'm unsure of the return policy of bras where I purchased it, so I think I may return if I am able to. If you are smaller chested and are looking for a home bra however, I bet this would be a great bra for you.

I accidentally purchased a Medela nursing bra and was very glad I did not return it. It is more comfortable and supportive than other non-underwire bras that I’ve owned over the years. I usually hate the confinement of bras and can’t wait to take them off when I get home but this one is different. My friends laugh at me for wearing it at age 58 but I love it. It holds my older breasts tight and lifts making them look younger. I recently purchased a couple more, this time in medium. I was surprised to see that the smaller size had a narrow elastic band instead of a broader piece of fabric inside to hold the strap up while nursing. This seemed an uncomfortable solution for smaller breasted women. It also has only 2 hooks in the back. I plan to exchange the medium size for a large a continue to wear the Medela nursing bra into my 80’s!!

I bought this one month after my third child was born. It provides great support and is comfortable to wear while chasing everyone around.

I've been looking for a lighter nursing bra. I like the weight of this bra and it's very comfortable. I just wish there were bigger sizes. I just barely fit in the XL and I have to be able to pump every few hours when I wear it. If I get engorged, it becomes tight and doesn't hold me in well.

Thinking about getting a Medela nursing bra? Do IT! This bra is comfortable and stylish. It makes breastfeeding easy all day long. It is also very transitional from day to night time. They also have several different colors, sizes, and styles to suit your needs. I do not use any other kind of bras. This is a great quality and reliable piece of clothing that you cannot go without.

I’m still nursing my 9 month old so all I wear are nursing bras for both breastfeeding and pumping at work. Clipping and unclipping are a breeze! The bra is extra supportive and hasn’t stretched out or lost its shape after washing. I even wear it for light workouts or on days when I’m going to be more active due to the level of support it provides. Shape is smooth under clothes. I was between sizes based on the size chart, but would def recommend sizing up because I found the small a little too small in the cup in comparison to other nursing bras I use.
