Swing isn’t even a year old and after a few months the rope started unraveling after a few months

Make sure you have a tree strap before buying.

I have not been able to use the swing. It would have been nice to let customers know that when you order this item it does not include the strap that is needed to attach to a tree limb. You cannot even find the strap online, it is either sold out or not available.

Bought this swing several months ago. My grandkids love it, young ones and old ones. Hung it on a 12 foot chain from a tall tree. Have had as many as 4 teenage girls on the swing at one time. Very well made. If your looking for a Web Swing, I don't think you will find a better one.

Bought this the end of Sept. for my Grandkids. The swing is very well made from what appears to be quality materials. The grandkids love it. Had a little trouble with the delivery but BedBath & Beyond resolved the problem quickly with no hesitation or fuss. Thank you Angela G. at BB&B Customer Service.
