The bassinet is beautiful. BUT it is damaged; one of the legs will not snap in place. We are still waiting for a replacement leg or replacement bassinet from buybuy baby.

I fell in love with the "Serene" model and the ivory bassinet and oak legs. So, it was a little confusing to open the box and see that the bassinet's color is more like a dull gray. The product itself seems well made and of good quality. I am 35 weeks pregnant and was able to assemble and disassemble the product with little hassle. I am just disappointed by the actual color of the bassinet since the website even describes the color as "warm ivory." I would upload some pictures to share, but I received this as a gift, and it doesn't seem like I am given the option to upload pictures.

Light & stylish. A great flex bassinet.

My husband and I love this bassinet. It is very functional and easy to transport. It is lightweight but of excellent quality and it is comforting to have a safe place for our newborn to sleep. The fabric is easy to wipe down plus it is machine washable. I love the new design and wood features. It really fits into the theme of our rooms and was a selling point for me.

This is the product we didn't know we needed! Lightweight but sturdy makes this bassinet a must have. It gives us the versatility that we need to move from room to room with ease. Easy to assemble and works with the overall style in our home.

I am a grandmother to a two-month-old and twenty-month-old. I watch both children full-time and needed something for the newborn to sleep in while the toddler continues to use the crib. The bassinet has provided a safe and comfortable place for him to sleep for his daytime naps. Since it’s a traveling bassinet, it’s easy for me to move around the house when I want to use it in a different room. And unlike some baby rockers on the market, this bassinet sits a little higher, so it’s harder for the baby’s sister to reach in and disturb him. I also like the mesh siding so I can easily monitor the baby regardless of whether I am playing on the floor with his sister nearby or across the room. Since this is a traveling bassinet, I thought it was worth noting a couple of points regarding assembly and disassembly. Overall, putting the bassinet together was quick and straightforward. The included instructions and pictures were clear and made it easy to follow along. There was one loose metal piece for the frame that maybe should have already come attached, which would have improved the assembly process had it been. As for disassembling the bassinet, the four legs detach from the bassinet basket frame for easier transport. However, when the legs are removed, there are still four metal “corner attachment points” that stick out. They are not sharp, but they do stick out far enough that they could possibly catch on something or eventually put a hole in the carrying bag. There were some Styrofoam pieces that came with the original packaging of the bassinet that I saved and intend to use as caps for these points during long-term storage or when transporting the bassinet in a vehicle to prevent any damage from happening. Perhaps adding some kind of cap/covering to these points, or shortening their length, would extend the life of the bassinet.

This portable bassinet is all we could ask for. It is ideal to use for our second while his 2yo brother sleeps a room over and plays around the house. It is super easy to set up and take down and move all around the house depending on where we need to be. It’s lightweight, so you don’t feel like you are breaking your back to get it from room to room, or up and down stairs. We really like the mesh sides; we always have a line of sight to the baby no matter where we are (kitchen, floor playing with toddler, couch for a well-timed nap!). The fabric zips right off and on if you need to wash it, and more importantly it’s GREENGUARD Gold certified. Just one more level of comfort that a piece of equipment we use so much creates better air quality around him.
