Aside from taking long to ship the changing table topper was not well packaged. The box was open on our porch when delivered. The dresser is not good quality. The edges were broken and “paint” was chipped all over. For some reason they decided to stick all of the labeling stickers on the face of the drawers which also rips off the paint when trying to remove. One of the legs was broken upon receiving it so it is just sitting on the floor until we can make a whole new base for it to sit on as it is too short as is. The feet are made out of plastic and does not seem safe at all. I am very disappointed in this product. Buyers beware

LOVE this dresser! Second one we have purchased, for our secnd daughter. Solid and sturdy, but you definitely need to know how to put furniture together. The manufacturer is awesome at replacing missing/damaged parts.

Zero stars isn’t a thing yet? It should be because this does not even deserve one. Completely unsafe. Cheaply made. Drawers don’t close properly. As cute as this dresser is it just isn’t worth it. I was so excited for this dresser despite the horrible reviews but now I’m wishing I would have avoided registering for it. Now I have to deal with emailing the company asking for replacement parts or a refund. Multiple pieces came cracked ( who wants to trust cracked pieces to hold a diaper changer on top? Not me. ) The corner of the dresser is chipped. Definitely looks like I bought this used from someone. One of the top drawers has a crack down the middle. The top piece of the dresser has dimples in it. This just looks so cheap and used. Both top drawers don’t close properly. One of them you have to forcefully push to close and the other is just too big and doesn’t fit. The legs of this dresser is plastic. Definitely doesn’t seem sturdy. The very bottom piece that holds the whole dresser together is cracked down the middle. Although that crack isn’t noticeable when built, it doesn’t feel right to ignore it. Just avoid this product. Trust the horrible reviews. The person who gave it 5 stars must work for the company because this dresser is garbage. We also got the smaller 3 drawer one but we are not going to open it and even see how that one came. Not worth it. Do yourself a favor and find one with better reviews.

Dont let the poor reviews sway you. Good quality piece. Took me 2 hours. About 26 pieces. Directions are clear. Had 1 piece damaged, but vendor sent out replacement part very quickly. Very happy so far.

extremelly bad quality product, came incomplete without the handles for the drawers, already damaged and chip in some parts. plus buy buy baby is not answering the Customer service phone.

Wanted to love this dresser but it is beyond cheap and worse than purchasing furniture from iKea. It’s taken all day to put together and the parts just don’t line up well. Not a sturdy piece of furniture by any means. The top came damaged and warped so hopefully they can replace it or reimburse some money. Don’t recommend purchasing this piece of Furniture!

The quality of this item is terrible. My husband got half way through the assembly process and the screws (that were included) punctured through the top of the frame. The paint is now cracked, the side of the frame is splitting, and the dresser is ruined. Do not buy this item

I wanted to LOVE this beautiful dresser but we had several problems. I waited for this to come back in stock and was so excited when it did only to have problems ahead. First off the shipping with fed ex was awful! Fed ex just dropped it off on my bottom front porch step for it to fall over. It’s common sense you don’t leave it the way he left it. It fell over and got some damage because of it. Some areas got chipped and paint scratched. I am 7 months pregnant and I cannot budge this thing if I tried. Had it rained it would’ve been destroyed. The next problem we had was when we were assembling the drawers. We didn’t both recieve all the screws we were supposed to have. We were only one short but still. Then when we went to put the drawers in place two of the drawers would not even close. My husband and I assembled this step by step and correctly only to find out the drawers will not close properly and that there is an error in The factory pre assembly. It took us five hours to assemble this so what are we suppose doing to do now? Return it after all that work and to have something else sent that isn’t guarenteed only to do it all over again? we are so disappointed bc we really wanted to love this piece. It I still a beautiful dresser but there are major issues with it. Needless to say this is the only purchase I have made by little seeds and bed bath and beyond and it may be my last. You spend all that money on something to not even be correct.
