The idea behind the gift is extremely sweet, unfortunately the item arrived falling apart. The glue that held the letters to the spine of the book was old and dry so the letter portion fell away from the cover. We can fix this ourselves with some glue, but it was disappointing that it wasn’t into ready-to-gift condition upon arrival. We’re excited for our baby’s grandparents to leave some messages for him to enjoy in the years to come though.

I bought this for my daughter in law who just became a grandma. She loved it!
I purchased these books for two first-time grandmothers. They loved them. The book is hard cover and the letters are printed on nice heavy stock. They self-fold into their individual envelopes (clever). Each letter begins with a question or thought for the grandparent to write about and complete. This is such a nice way to share and build memories with a grandchild.
Bought this for my 89 year old mom. I wanted her to provide her thoughts in a 'time capsule' for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren to read in a year (e.g., 2025) that she choices. Great choice.
