These pads were a lifesaver for me while I was nursing and pumping, especially at the beginning. The pads are cooling and provide relief for sore nipples. These pads offered more relief for me than the creams and ointments and I didn't have to worry about them staining my clothes. A must have for me!
The box specifically says that one set of these can be used for up to 72 hours. But, if they get saturated, you have to throw them out. And you can’t rinse them or otherwise clean them. Mine ended up gross after wearing them once for about 5 hours. Had a bit of a cooling sensation when I first applied them, but no real noticeable difference after use. I’ll stick with a nipple butter.

These work well. They are nice and cool and helps sooth your breasts when you Breastfeed babies. They are not expensive either so that's even better and they last a long time

My nipples were very sore and started cracking while I was trying to get the hang of breastfeeding and these helped heal them up and to relieve some of the pain. I definitely recommend these to anyone who plans on breastfeeding

Seriously soothing especially in the beginning of your nursing journey. Inserted them right into my bra for relief. Left out between sessions and they were cool again.
