Kidco Magnet Lock with Key (Set of 4)

I love these! My daughter went into our kitchen drawers all the time and I decided to find locks so she would stop taking everything out! These work really well! I even have them for our bathroom cabinet so she can’t get into any products there

Do not buy if you intend on using it on ikea furniture, it won’t work!!

Purchased several sets of these locks to secure cabinets from resourceful 18 month old boy. They work pretty well once they are installed, but the installation can be a challenge. The double sided tape functions pretty well as an aid to the installation, but you must used the included screws! Forget about installing with the tape alone, it gives up at the first tug. Once installed with screws, the locks function pretty well. Could use a little stronger magnet for the unlock function. The lock out function is nice feature and works well. I tried another brand, a little cheaper, and returned them, as they did not work very well.

These did not work on my cabinets, the magnet never registered with the lock mechanism, I guess my cabinet doors are too thick.. they use these at my daughters daycare and they work wonderfully.. if say to check and make sure that they will work with you cabinets before buying..
