This highchair is very challenging to put together. That comes from my husband who loves to put things like this together and comes easily for him. It's very hard to clean. Food gets under the seat you have to clean and stuck in the holes the safety straps go through. He is a tall baby (90 percentile) and his feet don't touch the foot rest. Hejust never seems comfortable and we'll be getting something else.

Bought this chair in the dark color. Matches great with my dark round dining table. Will be able to use it for all our grandkids for a while due to ability to change height as they grow.

We ordered this in natural. Just got around to opening it (baby just now needs high chair), and it’s black. Should have ordered from somewhere else because BBB Customer service is terrible, and I don’t expect they’d do anything.

I did a ton of research on high chairs and thought this one would be great. There are some pros - it is quite sturdy, and the wood is good quality. However, the cons greatly outweigh the pros. Both of my daughters never really sat right in this chair. My oldest daughter's legs never quite reached the foot tray properly, which is a big need for infant feeding. Now my youngest is using it and she has a hard time sitting up straight because her long torso is too high for the tray. Furthermore, the tray does not lock in properly and never has. The padded seat (not the infant seat) needs a ton of washing because food stains it. I wanted to love this chair but it's just too finicky. I wish I had purchased a different chair.

The chair itself is very sturdy, easy to clean and adjusts to both my 15 month old and 3.5 year old. The tray is difficult to put on and take off and seems too low. However, with the seat at its highest setting the chair still fits nicely at the table so my youngest can eat with the rest of us.

We've had this chair for over six months now and still love it. One of the plastic pieces that releases the tray, however, did break off and I have yet to figure out how to put it back on. This does not cause an issue with use. Our son is 20 months old and I'm just now having to adjust the foot rest. I've also sat in it myself to see how it holds me, 120 lbs, and it's great!

we really like the chair sturdy and well build, but it is small in size & height we have to bend to feed the baby especially gape between the food tray and top seat. my son is just one and his thighs were firmly pressed and uncomfortable for him to sit .. we can use it only without a food tray, so we returned it. I wish if they have a bigger size chair available.
