[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have done quite a bit of research to find the perfect walker for us. I wanted something minimal, yet well made and sturdy; with a nice size tray for snacks and the ability to place our own toys on it. The Joovy Spoon has all of the above plus a removeable tray and seat for easy cleaning, which gives it an A+ in my book! I also love how smooth it is and my 7 month old son has no trouble whatever walking around in it! He is in the lowest setting and reaches the ground perfectly at 26.5 inches.

Great design but my daughter out grew it in two months. It would be nice if it could be raised higher. My daughter is now 9 months old and she's too tall for it. For $99 I would expect it to be usable until she was 12 months old. Babies don't start truly snacking until their tenth month. At least it can be folded and stored away for our next baby but now we have to spend more money on a walker with a higher adjustable height. It brought us joy watching her zip around and display mastery of speed and control but it's over for this walker. Anyone looking to rent a walker for two months at $49.50 a month?

Hello, Thank you for your comments and we really wish this would have worked for you. When we designed the Spoon walker, we fully considered its use for taller babies which is why it has been tested and approved for use up to 33.5 in. The primary age range for a walker like ours is between 4 and 16 months. A 16 month baby in the 90th percentile for height is just below 33 inches tall; still below the minimum height for the Spoon walker. If you do not mind me asking, how tall is your baby? It seems very unusual that this would be too short for an 8 month old baby. Please call us at (877) 456 5049. We would like to understand this better. Thank you.

We loved the Joovy walker and specifically bought it because of the brake, tray, and height specs. Unfortunately, it says it’s rated to 33” but it’s really only advised for 6 1/2 - 8 1/2” inseam. Looks like we are in the market for a new walker.

We are so happy with the Joovy Spoon! The simple clean colors, detachable tray, multiple heigh options, and washable fabric has made for a great experience for our son. We did have an issue with ours and working with customer service was a breeze! We had a new one delivered within a week and our guy is back to roaming the house with ease. I could not recommend this walk we or this company more!

This has been out goto for a busy household to be able to prep meals while having my little guy “spoon” about! However this week he has managed to climb out even on the highest setting. He is only 29” tall and 11 months 19.5 pounds. We can use this if we are watching him like a hawk and our hands are free but no more “getting things done while he is in it” not mad...just wish there was a higher setting so he couldn’t leverage his way out!!

The Spoon walker is definitely a favorite. Check out our Spoon B. It has an 1" higher setting!

I’m very happy I purchased this walker. My four month old loves to be held in a stand and she loves this walker. She can’t walk but she can stand and play with toys on the tray. I like that I can use our own toys and switch them up whenever, and not attached like most models. I like the removable washable tray. I like the sleek design. Most walkers are pretty ugly, I appreciate the simple design. Very sturdy seat. On the lowest setting baby can reach the floor with her feet. She’s 25” tall. Highly recommend!
