J.L. Childress Crib Mobile Attachment Clamp

This is a sturdy mobile arm. It took us a while for us to find one that worked for our baby’s crib and am so happy this worked! We ended up tying the mobile directly to the hook and it has stayed perfectly. The only thing I wish is that is spun.

I had received a hand-made mobile as a babyshower gift, and needed a clamp/attachment arm to be able to hang it in my baby's crib. I would have to agree with other reviewers: The arm is a bit short, so you can't use it for a low-hanging mobile, or one that is very wide. I'd say it works best for a small-size mobile. But this was the only one of its kind that I was able to locate on the internet, so I ordered it, and it works well. The clamp is very tight - it opens up to about 1 in, not 2 in as the description says. I like that I can take it off and move it around the crib as needed. I just wish the arm would reach a bit further out, or was longer overall.

After years of making baby mobiles I finally found a clamp to attach it to the crib. It looks great and is so easy to use!

Just what I was looking for. Attaches right to side of bed to hang mobile.

I was looking for a mobile attachment for a pack and play bassinet. It attaches well but is not quite high enough above the babies head. I put the mobile over the babies feet. It's not quite what I had in mind.

You'd think a unviversal mobile clamp would be a bit more universal. Clamp only works with 2" crib frame be sure to measure cause 2" sounds like a lot but unless you have a regular crib I would skip this purchase.

It was a fine product but the clamp was still too small for our crib so I had to return it to the store. I haven't found a mobile that fits our crib rail yet.

This attachment didnt work for what I needed it for. The clamp wasnt wide enough to clamp onto my baby's crib. The crib has thick wood. The arm of the attachment was also not long enough, so even if it did clamp to my crib, the mobile would have been touching the crib mattress. So bummed it didn't work!
