Bought a @ItzyRitzy diaper bag @buybuyBABY. The zipper broke less than a year. They refuse to exchange unless I have my original receipt. I can’t believe a company that charges so much for their product can’t stand by it. They demanded proof of purchase. What pregnant mother keeps all her receipts? If they stood by their product and fairly exchanged when their product broke I wouldn’t have a problem. But now I’m out $200
I purchased this item thinking that everything would come with the diaper bag. The changing pad was missing. Returned and they ordered another one for me and that one also came with NO changing pad but it also came with the secure lock. Store and store manager were not willing to help resolve this situation. So I reached out myself to the company. They have been extremely helpful and resolving. The only thing is that neither companies apologized for this whole situation.

The bag came incomplete, it didn't bring the diaper holder and neither did the ornament from outside

Got it as a gift for our daughter who has twins. She absolutely loves it!!
We've had this bag since the middle of July and it's only the beginning of August and it's falling apart already! The handle and straps are ripping off! We definitely are not over using or mistreating it. Terrible quality for what you pay! I would add photos but the size is too large. Buyer beware!

Loved this bag initially. So many pockets! But had it for about 6 months, used perhaps 2-3 days/week and the zipper ripped out! Was not overpacked or banged around. What a waste of $. Would not buy this brand again—I expected much better quality for the money.

Ordered my dream diaper bag after trial 1/2 a dozen, made the order after a lot of research and not only did I get the best price around, BBB upgraded my shipping to same day so now I get to enjoy this beautiful and spacious backpack for all my girls’ things and my own too!
Love the style and organization of this bag! Lots of pockets and space inside. Comes in handy if you are an over packer like me lol Also the shoulder straps are more "meaty" than a lot of other bags I have seen!
