Do not buy this monitor. It only worked for 1 year and 2 weeks before it broke. At first we lost picture and could only hear the sound. We contacted Infant Optics costumer service and they told us to unpair our camera and pair on a different channel. Well it didn’t work and now we do not have a working monitor. We purchased this for our third child because we needed another camera. Our first two children are still using a Summer brand dual camera monitor that we purchased in 2016 and it works great. It is very disappointing this Infant Optics expensive monitor only lasted one year and two weeks and it now out of warranty.
It has broken twice since January 2022...initially broke only a month after my son was born and it had only been used a few days max (once we started having him day nap in his crib). Now, it's been a year and 3 weeks since they replaced it, it broke again, and they won't do anything about it.
The temperature is incorrect by 5 degrees. The charging port is loose and doesn’t charge correctly. Nothing special about this product but does what it is intended to do.

I received my package on time, which was great. I paid the gift to be wrapped, but i received it unwrapped. It was supposed to be a surprise. I called customer service, and the response i get is that it's okay. we will refund your money

I have had ongoing inssues with the battery for this monitor; my baby is only 7 months old and we are about to be on our 3rd battery. For the price of the monitor, I would expect a much higher quality battery. Customer support for infant optics is helpful, but I shouldn't have to reach out to them every few months to request a new battery because the current one can't hold a charge.

This is an excellent product! It was recommended to me by my sister-in-law and we are very glad to have it. Works perfectly (the noise cancellation feature is great!) and there's no risk of it being viewed externally since it's on a closed circuit. Also - we had an issue where our baby chewed on the monitor screen and it messed up the electronics. I wrote to Infant Optics and they replaced the screen even though the warranty had recently expired. Amazing customer service.

Easy to use and set up. Does not use wi-fi which is a plus for us. Video is very crisp and clear. We had an issue with the battery and reached out to customer service they were able to replace the monitor within a few days. They were very knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a baby monitor.
We love our monitor so much and working with customer service was so easy! Kristine was great!!
