love the concept of it, but it shouldn’t be hard to connect router. Router was near by and password was correct but for some reason it could not pair because it cannot find router and to “check the password” I truly tried to make it work. I reset the Wi-Fi, tuned it off and on and nothing, does work without Wi-Fi but not the reason I bought it for. I wanted to capture beautiful moments of my child while they sleep and their little movements (first child can you tell lol) however unfortunately for the price it’s worth, it wouldn’t connect easily with Wi-Fi. Also the screen is great but I thought it would have a settings button or icon but nope. For me even during the day, the video would show in black and white.. does in not come with color cause in the box it obviously shows color, anyways I do like what other icons do and really wished it worked for me. You do have to press hard on the screen for the camera to be able to move but other than that just really wished it would have worked well for me, I was very looking forward to using the app and seeing my little baby wiggle and be able to capture it. Did a lengthy review for others to have a deep description of items as I wished to be able to see before buying. I read so many reviews and even tho it’s mixed I was hoping to be one of the few it would work for.

We purchased this before the baby was here and the first monitor we received stopped working after 1 week which was really disappointing, we then returned it for a new one and this one has been ok so far, we have been using it for 2 months, it has good connection and images are really clear, I love that you can rotate the cameras by touching the monitor screen and I like how the cameras can attach to objects thanks to the supports.

Purchased this system less than two months ago after my second child was born. Wanted a system that monitored both children both from the all and with a parent unit. For the first two weeks it worked fine, is slow to load and all the controls are slightly delayed, but usable. For the last three weeks the one camera won’t work in the app. Both still work on the parent unit, the one in my daughter room works fine on the app, but the one in my sons room won’t connect on the app. Their customer service is unless, they simply tell me to turn the camera off and then on, which means I have to go into the babies room and this solution only works for about 20 mins, the camera the disconnects from the app again. Their customer service has not been helpful and it’s impossible to get ahold of an actual person.
Bought these less then a year ago and we always have problems although the imagine is quite clear They don’t last soThey have to stay plugged in at all time .. always having to reset the cameras if you don’t the handheld monitor starts beeping, lately always getting a message that the cameras aren’t responding to server so they always crash. Not worth the money

Usually, a new battery lasts up to 4 to 6 hours for the monitor and about 3 hours for the camera. With a new full battery, your monitor should be able to last 4 to 6 hours unplugged; this is considering the monitor goes into audio mode only. When the video is kept activated all the time, or you frequently turn it on, the battery will last considerably less. The batteries are designed to be used for short periods only, for instance, when there is no power outlet near. And we recommend charging the units for at least 16 hours straight prior to first use.
The monitor and camera work together through a radio link, and such a link may suffer environmental interference. We recommend, for example, keeping the units at least 3ft away from each other as well as from products that use similar wireless technology to avoid interference.
Regarding the error message you're receiving from the app, please make sure the WiFi signal strength detected by the camera is at least 90%. You can check this under camera settings in the app. If the signal is low, you may experience streaming issues.

We chose this set based on reviews online and all of the high tech features and sent the info to a family member who wanted to purchase a baby monitor for us as a gift. From set up we have had issues with connecting the cameras and having them both work simultaneously. After one day of use both cameras will no longer turn on even when plugged into power. I find the entire system extremely confusing and unreliable . For example I was getting warnings that the nursery was too hot when we have central air and the temperature in the nursery was no where near what the camera was detecting. My advice, save your money and go for something simpler and more reliable. A huge waste of money and time trying to get this to work. Very frustrated.

There are some steps we can take to try and resolve the issues. We would start by going through the below list of examples to see whether one of them might cause your units to unlink. Always make sure the antenna is in the up position:
- Any large metal object, like a refrigerator, a mirror, a filing cabinet, metallic or metal-clad doors, or reinforced concrete, aluminum siding (if being used outdoors) between the baby and parent unit may block the radio signal.
- The signal strength may also be reduced by other solid structures, like walls, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning ducts, electrical wires, or by radio or electrical equipment, such as TVs, computers, cordless or mobile phones, fluorescent lights, or dimmer switches. In multi-story homes, homes with a basement, and multi-unit homes such as apartments plumbing, heating, and air conditioning ducts, and electrical wires between floors will also reduce signal strength.
- Use of other 2.4GHz products, such as wireless networks (Wi-Fi routers), Bluetooth® systems, or microwave ovens, may cause interference with this product, so keep the baby monitor away at least 5ft (1.5m) from these types of products, or turn them off if they appear be causing interference. The same goes for fans or white-noise machines.
- If the signal is weak, try moving the parent and/or the baby unit to different positions in the rooms. Rotating the parent unit 90 degrees may also improve signal strength.
We can also try resetting the units:
1) MONITOR:
With the parent unit plugged in, turn it on, insert a paperclip or something small enough that fits inside into the reset hole above the power port. The parent will reset and turn itself off. Turn back on.
2) CAMERA:
A) Turn your camera off. If your camera doesn't have a power switch, you can unplug it from power.
B) Press and hold the PAIR button while turning the unit on or plugging back in the camera. Continue to hold the PAIR button until a long BEEP is heard.
NOTE: The camera should not become unpaired with the monitor or HubbleClub App.
C) Turn your monitor (parent unit) back on and check for normal operation.
D) If the camera becomes unconnected or unresponsive on the monitor refer to the instructions for Re-Pairing your Camera.
RE-PAIRING YOUR CAMERA:
A) Turn your parent unit (monitor) and camera off. If your camera doesn't have a power switch, you can unplug it from power for 30 seconds.
B) Plug your camera and monitor into power and turn both units on. Wait for one (1) minute.
NOTE: It is crucial you wait for at least one minute to allow the units to conclude their booting up procedure. The light above the Hubble logo will flash red when ready to pair.
C) Make sure the camera and monitor are within 3ft. If you have multiple cameras, please keep them further apart to prevent interference.
D) Manually pair the camera to an unused camera slot. Used slots will have an * icon next to the number or show as bold in the list. For instance, camera slot 3 or 4.

We have had a horrible experience with this. After a month, we couldn't get the two cameras to connect at the same time, we couldn't get the monitor to connect at all, only one phone can be connected at a time so we are constantly switching back and forth depending on who is home and now we can't switch the white noise off and on because we keep getting timed out.
This baby monitor gives me such a piece of mind. It does it all; motion detection, temperature reader, lights up when baby cries, notifies phone as a notification and has the handheld screen. Literally everything I want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nursery Pal Premium baby monitor by Hubble Connected is one of the best monitors I have used. It was simple to set up and has been easy to use so far. I love that it shows the temperature of the room and that it has night vision. I love the added baby mode on the tablet portion of it also. Keeps baby entertained.
