Nursery Pal Cloud 5" Smart HD Baby Monitor with Night Light

I got this off my registry. I really liked this monitor but it broke after 3.5 months. I reached out to get it replaced. It took close to 4 hrs to get it replaced. I am now waiting for the camera to ship and it has been close 3 weeks. DoNOT buy.

Pairing set up is a nightmare and Hubble does not have a 800 number to talk to anyone. No go. Wlll not buy a Hubble product again

Received as a baby shower gift and really wished i had returned immediately. Picture quality is poor and constantly goes offline. What annoys me the most is that if baby cries you cannot hear it whatsoever. Baby monitor does not monitor, Not worth the headache

Even though the reviews warned me, I still put this product on our registry, and I regret it 100%! The battery life is pretty much nill! It does not whole a charge for even close to 4 hours. And I am so so so tired of the stupid camera disconnecting! I’ve been trying for 20 mins to get it to connect all the while keeping my baby awake! I want a refund. I am so frustrated and disappointed! And yes, I held the reset button, and yes, I unplugged and plugged the unit back in, and yes, I was 2 inches away from the camera so the distance wasn’t an issue for pairing, and yes, my wifi is perfectly fine. Just give me my money back. Oh, I didn’t even bother downloading the app due to the horrible reviews it had.

This monitor goes “offline” at least every 10 minutes- when I have extremely reliable internet. Nothing else in the house has problems connecting, but we have to reconnect this camera daily. I ended up buying a $30 monitor for travel and use it instead because I could t rely on this to stay on. Even when the camera was connected, the monitor screen would die after 15 minutes.

It’s sad, we received this as a baby shower gift and it’s just terrible. Our baby was born in August and I’m sitting in his room now watching him sleep bc the monitor already broke (lasted 4 months). It refuses to connect to the internet. It says I have an upgrade, can’t upgrade til I’m on the internet. Really awful product. Would never ever suggest.

I initially went with this baby monitor because I liked the the ability to have both a way to view the video on my phone or on the handheld monitor. That is the ONLY good thing about this monitor. To begin with, they provide one cord for the camera and the monitor. The camera does not work if not plugged in, and the HH monitor can barely hold a charge for more than 4 hours (screen NOT on - just audio). So if you are a normal parent and want the monitor on overnight, you need to buy a random charger off Amazon. If you choose to wish your phone to view the video, it will drain your battery. The power cord for the camera is not long at all, it can not reach a shelf. While baby was younger, we had it propped on the crib corner but this will not last once baby is crawling and reaching. On the camera, there is an incredibly annoying blinking light out of the back that starts when it detects movement. I will watch my baby recognize the light and reach for it now. I have tried covering it with electrical tape but the light literally comes from the entire back of the camera. On the HH monitor, the noise level between 3 and 2 goes from loud to barely there. The brightness of the screen - at the lowest setting is so bright at night that I have to close one eye to look at it. Our crappy amazing charger cord for the monitor just broke and thats the final straw for me. Purchasing a new set-up now. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BUY THIS.

Initially had the Hubble Connected but could not get it to work or connect to the phone app like we were told.. so we exchanged it for this model but this one is worse as it won’t even connect to the parent unit nor the phone. We held down the pair button for 3 minutes straight but it never beeped or made a noise like the instructions say it will.. After trouble shooting the rep even deemed it faulty and recommend we return it. My advice? Stay away from Hubble Products. 😕
