Had this for a few months and a few flights now. It’s a pretty bag, but that’s it. The design of the bag makes it tight to get things in and out of, it doesn’t stand up well on its own or hang easily from hangers (because of how thick the material on the loop is) and it doesn’t hold much. The zipper is the biggest issue—it slips, so it unzips itself and the zipper handle also swings weirdly so it’s hard to get it at the right angle to zip and unzip the bag, which really sucks when you’re holding a baby and only have one hand. And the zipper has actually gotten off its track a few times, so for awhile I couldn’t even zip the bag up. I’ve thought about returning it but with shipping and supply chain being what it is I don’t want to go through the hassle. I’m keeping it for easy kid trips where I most likely won’t even need to get into it, but want to have a cute accessory. Definitely wouldn’t buy again!

I loved the look of this diaper bag and was happy to pay $$$ for a seemingly high quality bag. However, it’s already falling apart. My son was born less than 2 months ago and we rarely leave the house to actually use the bag so the majority of the time I’ve had it it has been untouched. I’ve probably opened this front pouch 5 times or less and it already looks like this. I don’t expect a diaper bag to remain in perfect condition for a super long time given what it is but after paying $$$ I do expect to get longer than 2 months of barely using it before it starts falling apart. Most likely would not purchase again.

This bag looks great but does not do the job well. The inside is one open section with no separate compartments. And the one and only compartment Is not big enough for a days worth of baby duty. The insulated pocket on the front doesn't even hold the smallest 4oz bottle. If you put it in there, it won't zipper closed. There are no stroller loops, luggage loops or wipe dispensing pockets. The front top pocket isn't even deep enough to safely store a phone. This bag is only for looks.
This is a super nice backpack, especially compared to what’s on the market. Great fabric, colors, design with lots of pockets and compartments. I give this 4 stars because I wish the backpack opened up a little wider. But it’s a great transition bag for those that don’t need to carry around humongous amounts anymore
