There needs to be better communications between the BBB business/delivery service. Twin L Shape bed had so many pieces. Assembly should be offered to the customer. Took days before the delivery service could deliver the twin beds.

We opted for this bed set up because we were tired of the bunk beds we had. Our kids are 4 and 6. They love this bed. It did take quite some time to set up. It came in many separate boxes. Taking one star off because the hardware to secure the slats were missing and the off gas/chemical smell is taking a long time to air out. Beds have been set up for 2 weeks and you can still smell the fumes slightly. We are keeping the door open, ceiling fan all day, and air purifier running to help. I would purchase again.
