Gave my daughter hives! She does have sensitive skin, but I figured this would be ok.

I’m extremely happy with this brand. I’ve been using it on my baby now and she’s almost 3 months and has no issues with the soaps or lotions. Only disappointment was I bought the birthday cake conditioner and it conditions well but doesn’t smell like anything lol

Caused a chemical burn like reaction on me and my child and made clumps of hair fall out. Skin is on FIRE it hurts. Smells absolutely horrible like pine sol. Something is seriously wrong with this product! Will never trust this company again!!

We have used Hello Bello for both our kids and love the products. Tonight I was giving my 2 month old his bath and his eyes and face were super red and he was noticeably uncomfortable. I guess what happened is a glob of shampoo had fell right in his eye as I was moving it to his hair. It took almost an hour of rinsing his eye to get him to calm down and his eye not to be red any more. At first we were sure if it was the shampoo since we have used it for awhile and never had this issue but we tried some in our eye to see if it burned and sure enough it turned my husband's eye blood shot and he said it burns just as bad as regular adult shampoo if it gets in your eye. We still love the products but just a warning it may cause irritation if it gets directly in the eye.
