Reviewer received an incentive in exchange for their honest opinion.
I bought one with the “updated look” packaging, and it’s awful. Within 2 washes, the zipper flap has holes in it rendering protection from the zipper (under the chin) useless. You can also only wash these by themselves or the Velcro will stick to everything else you wash with it. If you wash it with the Velcro attached to its corresponding flap, you risk not cleaning it thoroughly. I’m not sure if older versions were more durable, but the new cotton version that I received is awful. Would not recommend.

Our baby would not sleep comfortably in regular swaddles, so we tried this product. We haven’t had any issues with her startle reflex waking her up while using this product, which has helped everyone get better sleep. We bought a back up as well since newborns are very messy, and it really has been that essential in our sleep routine.

My son loves the SleepSack. It helps him fall asleep at night and during naps. The material is soft and easy to clean in the laundry. It also grows with him as he transitions out of the swaddle. If you have little ones, make sure you get the SleepSack that has flaps that fold over your baby's arms so he/she/they will feel nice and cozy!

It’s a nice and soft swaddle and it’s good to transition with the arms in to the arms out. Sometimes the zipper is bit wonky. It’s warm for the fall as well. I don’t Wrap it tight enough I think because my baby can sometimes get her arms free when I wrap her. This wakes her up. I’ll keep trying though.

I really like this swaddle. Mild annoyances are the Velcro sticks to everything, so it can be frustrating to get on the baby. Also my baby is an expert escape artist and can get his arms free almost every time. It zips down which is great for us because the baby is on oxygen so the cords can come out the bottom. It's warm without being too warm and stays longer than when swaddled with a blanket.
