Surprisingly hard to put together, but a perfect bedside size, light enough to move around and easy access. Glad we purchased!

We got this for our new born and had similar issues as others. Very unsteady, most shocking was the fact that it DOES NOT SIT LEVEL AND THERE IS NO LEVELING CAPABILITY. We found our newborn with many sleepless nights due to him sliding and rolling into the mesh. I would buy anything else, this is very unsafe and untrustworthy product.

Just bought this product today hoping to get my 10 day old sleeping better, however after I constructed it my baby proceeded to roll over. This isn’t supposed to happen until about 4 months so I checked and the entire bassinet was completely out of level. I’m glad she rolled when I was awake because the absolute worst could’ve happen to her. If I could rate this 0 stars I absolutely would.

Don’t waste your time or money. This bassinet first off is oddly tall which is a problem for anyone that is 5’5 or below. Also, it’s unsafe. Not stable or sturdy at all, jiggles around A LOT if baby moves and bc of this my baby was pretty much getting thrown around to one side of the bassinet and get stuck, then couldn’t move from being pressed up against the side and would cry out for help within a couple hours. We changed to a different bassinet and he never had this problem after and instantly slept throughout the night. Don’t waste your time or money on this. This bassinet shouldn’t even be sold anymore.

The worst 100 dollars spent- the bassinet is tilted so baby can roll and the pad doesn’t perfectly fit the base leaving a gap on each side with the tilt this becomes so unsafe I can’t believe it’s still being sold! Don’t buy should be recalled!

This bassinet is a nice option that is not bulky and portable. My only complaint is that my baby tends to roll to one side of the bassinet.

I love several features, being able to bring baby basically in bed makes feeling easy, it is a great height, light, easy to move. My first one had a weird angle to it so I contacted Halo. Loved their customer service. Part of the maintenance of this product is to make sure the stabilizers are pulled all the way down (it is like a cover on the legs). If you don't check them, they can move and it leads to tilting. With my first it moved a lot so the tilt was noticable. They sent me a new one and so far, so good. Loved that their customer service started with "thank you for allowing us to make this right". I truly believe Halo cares about their customers and products. The reason for the 4 star is that the stabilizers should not move much, there should be some type of extra safety there. That is a design item that should be adjusted. Check that part of you notice any tilt
