Nice replacement to the original mattress, breathable and washable which is really convenient comparing to the original that could be only spot cleaned.

Fit was perfecf. The mattress was comfy, yet still safe for baby. So happy with the purchase.

I saw the five star reviews and thought eh must not be babies weaning off of co-sleeping BUT it works! I used to have to put baby in bassinet dead asleep and milk drunk. Today I put her down for her nap drowsy and she’s been asleep for four hours!

My baby hated the original pad that the bassinest comes with, after reading the comments and searching for a safe pad to buy i ended up waiting weeks for this to come back into stock. My baby loves this mattress she doesnt squirm or cry now she just falls asleep , I recommend this to anyone whose baby is having a hard time on that hard mattress pad they give you :)

If your sweet baby is struggling to stay asleep on his/her halo bassinest, then you need this mattress. My baby would start to stir, grunt and cry immediately after putting him down, if he fell asleep he would wake up constantly, and when you are trying to sleep train that is a nightmare. Well, first night on the new mattress pad and he has slept over 9 hours. This is an amazing product and should be the standard. It is way more plush and very breathable, giving you peace of mind.

My son hated his BassiNest until we got this amazing mattress pad. I wish it came standard though - it was kind of annoying having to pay for the upgrade. Oh well! Baby is sleeping almost through the night now at 7 weeks And my husband and I are getting much needed sleep. Pad is night and day from the standard one. It is firm and safe for sleeping (we did the research) yet comfortable and padded with cooling gel for airflow - this is perfect for year round Southern California weather. Halo did good with this product!

My husband and I wish this mattress upgrade had come included with the Halo BassiNest we purchased for our son, it would have saved us a lot of exhaustion and long nights. My son HATED the mattress pad that came standard and refused to sleep. It was kicking, screaming, crying and grunting ALL NIGHT. Now at 7 weeks old he is sleeping solidly for the first time ever. He wakes up maybe 1-2x to eat and then as soon as we put him back down he is able to fall asleep on his own! This mattress pad is night and day from the one that comes standard and babies know it too. You can feel the firm but much more comfortable cushioning even in the packaging and the minute I felt it I knew that it would work! And for any parents that may worry about SIDS & this being too comfortable, we did a ton of research and it is safe and approved for safe sleeping! Halo, please make this standard with your bassinets, the other one is terrible!!
