I bought this for my grandaughter. A regular high chair is too long for counter-height dining. This solves that problem. Good for shallower counters, as well.

This was such a great option for our family! We didnt want a bulky highchair in our dining room so we hooked this to our island and my baby girl loved it! Highly recommend! She sat in this from the time she could hold her head up until over a year old

The seat is lightweight but cushy. If you have a flat top table with no under hanging bottom ledge, then this will work fine. However, I have a 1.5" thick wood table, with a bottom ledge that drops down about 2.5" in from the outer edge of the tabletop. This means that the "push-up" brace needs to clear about 4.5" thickness of table before being able to get to the other side where it is normal table thickness, making it impossible to use. They need to make the bottom brace able to drop down lower to enable attaching to the newer thickness of tables, and possible extend a little farther out to make it over the bottom ledge on many tables.

I absolutely love this and so does my daughter. It's convenient, super easy to fold up and put away, comfortable for my daughter and sturdy sturdy sturdy! The only problem is I wish I would have known about this chair sooner! We eat out a lot and have not encountered one table it doesn't fit. If there is a table cloth, we simply pull it back. It's seriously the best! I definitely recommend this to anyone. The piece of mind it gives is also great. With the flu season, it has really helped to put me a bit more at ease about going out
