Cute design that makes sure the baby won't drop the chew toy and will always have it available. However, it completely soaks through, and doesn't catch spit up on the way down well enough, either. If your baby only have to deal with saliva, maybe that would work, but would probably still be pretty wet. But for us, we don't use them after we found bibs that would actually catch the frequent spitups.
