I ordered this on 12/3/20 and it still says order being processed as of 12/16/20. This is absolutely ridiculous and now it says it may not even be here in time for christmas. The entire reason I ordered it so early in the month was so that it would in fact be here before Christmas. Very unhappy with my purchase now as this was the only thing I had bought to give to my dad for Christmas and don’t have time to order anything else.

Great frame, he loves it
Poor quality my customized frame was printed poorly and I was unable to give this as a gift to my father for Christmas. I was told to order another one and then they were sold out. Customer service for the vendor was not accommodating. This is the second time I tried to review this product and bed bath and beyond has not posted the review for some reason.
I will I am very pleased with this item...so much so that I ordered another one and may go back for another. I would like to see this same verse and frame for Grandma!
