Although I was using this to sit at the dining room. For us it too high and the toddler leg wouldn’t clear the table. That is the only reason I returned the chair. I’m sure I would use it in the car seat. The chair seemed well built. As a 74 year old grandmother I wouldn’t be driving the grandkids anywhere.
I ordered a completely black seat- just like the picture. I got black with these awful grey triangle design in the middle. It’s definitely advertising- why advertise a picture that looks nothing like the product?

Bought 2 for each car and both were missing the cup holders. The sleeve for the cup holder is there but the actual sturdy cup holder to put inside the sleeve is missing. Is there a customer service team we can reach out to?

My granddaughter is quite tall for 5 so getting her something safe and sturdy was very important. I really like this seat. It's well padded and comfortable for her.
My grandson was very happy with his new booster seat. I like the fact that it latches to the back seat hooks. Makes it a lot safer. Not all booster seats have this feature.

I bought these booster seats for my two 8-year olds earlier this year, as they're just shy, height-wise, of being able to sit in the car without a booster. The main reason I chose this brand/style was because of the LATCH clips. Still a great idea, but I won't buy this style again. (And I AM about to buy two more for our other car.) The reason: almost no padding. For the most part, kids are resilient and don't care as much about such things. But on a couple of recent longer trips, they did complain, and...I agree. Was there padding originally? Maybe. I don't recall, But I CAN say that after just 6 mo's or so, there was practically NO padding. As I noted, won't buy again.
Good comfortable seat. I saw others with adjustable armrests which I would have loved on this model, but put preference on the LATCH system. I like the storage compartment on this seat, which is easily slid in and out. The seat belt alignment device is a bit confusing but my child isn't bothered by the seat belt position. Overall its a good seat.
