Graco® Hadley 6-Drawer Dresser in Espresso

Got this dresser as a gift for our baby shower and after assembling it I am very disappointed. The drawers are all crooked and wobbly, some are difficult to open/close, and one of the knobs was missing the threaded insert. We have reached out to Graco to get a new knob or insert and have nothing but problems with their customer service. I ended up taking matters into my own hands to fix the knob. While I wasn't expecting this to be the grade of custom built Amish furniture, I was very disappointed with the build quality (especially the cheap drawer glides, that I will most likely replace and throw away ) I would spend my money elsewhere!

the first one we got, the box was all torn up and ripped open. We returned that one and got a new one. This box was intact but the parts were broken and they sent 2 of one part and none of another. There was also a part on the crib that was cracked. Is nobody doing quality control? The worst part is that these cannot be purchased in stores anymore. They must be delivered. It seems like this company needs to work on the quality of their products before shipping them. These were gifts for my son and daughter in law. If it was for me, I would have returned everything and not given them my business. I will be sure to warn anyone else that is looking to buy from buybuy BABY. I would not recommend.

The dresser does not have the quality for the price. The front piece came broken. Very disappointed

As a working mama of two, I do a lot of research to make sure I get things right the first time, because seriously - who has time for returns and problems!? I first found it because I knew Storkcraft earned the Women's Choice Award so I figured that speaks volumes if other moms recommend them - and they were correct! More specifically, this was worthy of a review because I put it together all by myself and it was easy, everything fit together exactly as it was supposed to... a tell tale sign of a quality piece of furniture! Plus, it looks SO NICE. I really loved the little details of the siding and the way the top two drawers were a bit different. The drawers open and close really well and again, it just looks so nice (see picture!) And, I always notice details and thought that (while I didn't need them), it was so very appreciated that they packaged extra little screws in case it was needed. Plus, each of the screw components was in it's own plastic packaging WITH the letter labels on every single piece in the box - that made the instructions and putting this together so easy. So in short, I HIGHLY recommend it - love love love it! OH and I can't forget that they INCLUDED the safety cord for the furniture to save me a trip to the store... very thoughtful! I'll be shopping for a set for my daughter next. :)

I bought this dresser for my grandson in pebble gray. It was easy to put together. It is well made, sturdy and solid. It was well packed. Beautiful piece of furniture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are in love with my daughter's new Graco Hadley 6-drawer dresser! The drawers are much deeper than her previous dresser and they glide in and out with ease. I wasn't sure how the assembly would be but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it turned out to be. The finish is beautiful and I can tell it is a quality dresser that will last. I highly recommend it!

This is the worst piece of furniture I’ve ever seen. I read the reviews and figured since my husband and I are good at putting together furniture, it’d be fine. The directions are not difficult, nor are they time consuming. However, the rails for the drawers are pre-installed on both the drawers and the main dresser frame. They aren’t even close to lining up. Out of the 6 drawers, we only got around to putting together 4 before calling it quits and returning the awful thing. Out of those 4 dressers, 1 dresser slot would not accommodate ANY of the built dressers, it was several millimetres too small. The other 3 installed drawers, the drawers are incredibly difficult to open and close, catching on every pre-installed screw possible (at least 6). Any time you tried to open it, the whole dresser would move because that’s the amount of force required to open/close. Even when closed, none of the drawer faces sit evenly due to the improperly installed rail tracks (presumably). The colour was lovely. It FELT well made (it’s over 100 lbs). It’s not. Don’t waste your time and effort. This dresser is a nightmare.

The product seemed very cheap. (And it didn't have a cheap price tag.) Drawers did not slide in and out well. Very small. Drawers did not sit centered in the space when closed.
