I love the crib but I can’t find the conversion kit, so that makes me feel like we wasted money on a crib that was supposed to last our baby her whole life/life at home anyways. Wish there was an easy way to find it

So far, this bed has been great for our baby, but now that he’s a toddler and it’s time to convert it into a toddler bed, we’re having issues. The inability to find the toddler rail aside (we just bought a universal one instead), the instructions state that pieces 15 & 16 are included (toddler bed post top left and right). They are not. Ours came with one long piece for piece 17 and does not have 15 & 16. Leaving the bed frame “unfinished” when taking the front rail off.

I have liked the crib, but now that it's time to transition, they don't even sell the rail! If you are going to advertise as convertible, you might want to include those pieces or start selling them. Extremely disappointed.

I just got on here looking for the pieces i need to convert the crib. And they are nowhere to be found, even other reviews mention this. If I wouldve know this probably wouldnt have bought this crib. Ive also noticed that greyco has not responded to anyones reviews on this matter. I would recommend as a crib but if you plan to use it any furyher, then no I wouldnt recommend.

I’ll start with saying that I really like the crib. It was very easy and convenient to assemble and making the adjustments to the height as my child grew was simple enough. The problem I have is that I purchased the crib with the mindset that it will be his bed until he finally outgrew it. He’s about the height that we are considering converting it into a toddler bed, but the toddler rail (which is not included in the box) is impossible to find. It is not on the graco website and nor is on any of the expected baby stores or even online. I’m not sure they ever actually offered the rail as I see no sign of it anywhere and the hunt to find a compatible rail has left me frustrated. I really enjoy the crib, but my disappointment is enough to really sour my opinion when it clearly is not as advertised.

I’ve used this crib since my son was a baby and now he’s a toddler and I can’t find where to buy the conversion kit/guard rail for this bed. I don’t understand why this is so difficult! Love the crib otherwise…but the frustration of conversion is making me almost wish I didn’t buy this :(
