No need for a bouncy chair as its included in this swing! The multiple facing views keeps my 5 1/2 mo old content and is easy to just click into new position. I did have to order a new motor as mine worked but got very loud after 4 months of daily use. Graco sent me the new attachment which you just click right in with ease after just one email. Worth the money because of its versatility! Remove seat and take baby anywhere (bathroom, living room, patio) and the chair has a soother, too. My soother was loud, vibrated loudly, so Graco replaced that too. (Waiting on it now) Nothing is always perfect, and the great customer service makes up for it.

I have had this swing for a year and a half. The weight limit is 30 lb. My daughter is 23 lb and the motor just burned out. We are completely dependant on this swing and it currently will not move even without a baby in it. Although Graco is replacing the motor free of charge, I feel this should not have happened with a quality product. In Googling, I found that many people had the same issue with this product. Although it is comfortable and has great features and my daughter loves it, it needs to be better made, so I am rating it only 'fair'. Thank you very much Graco, for replacing the motor. Adrianna and I are anxiously awaiting its arrival.

I highly recommend buying this swing. It was a life saver when my son was born. This was perfect for keeping my new born calm.

We got this swing and set it up before my son was born and we were so excited to use it. When he was born we plugged it in and it didn't work. We even tried added batteries so it could swing without being plugged in, but that too did not even work...the motor must have failed

I bought this swing a couple months ago and the swing stopped working completely my daughter only used it a few times after she was born & it won’t run on batteries. The vibrate of the seat does work but the swing itself quit, bought a replacement cord thinking maybe that was the issue & it didn’t work either! My daughter spits up in her sleep and won’t sleep for any amount of time without being at semi-Fowler in the swing!! Super upset

When my daughter was a newborn she absolutely loved this. She took most of her naps in this swing and was always very happy in it. I really liked the white noise that was programmed on it and that you could make it louder or quieter

We had two of the most expensive “luxury” baby swings and both of my children could care less for them. They would cry and scream. Then we got this and it was our only time we were able to put them down!
