I bought this mattress with the help of a Buy Buy Baby employee who highly recommended it. It was great until 2 months later it got a huge dip in the middle causing my son to slide down in the bed. Not good quality!! I will note Buy Buy Baby does have the BEST customer service and told me to bring it back for a different mattress. Thank you guys for taking great care of your customers!!

Pricey mattress but couple years ago my older daughter had one and after couple months of use it was bending I talked with customer service and they sent us a new one within a week that 2 yrs later is still great condition. So we bought another for our new baby!

We've been using this mattress since Oct 2019, and so far its great. We haven't had any issues with dips on the newborn or toddler side. And my son seems to love it.

After 1 year of using the product, the mattress began to dip in the middle. Our expectation was for this mattress to make it years. Now we are stuck buying another one. Horrible product. Should be pulled from all stores.

My LO is 2.5YO and this mattress has not held up well at all. Horrible sagging on both infant and toddler sides. For the price I would expect a better product.

We had such a high expectations since it was highly recommended by the store. And of course with that price tag you expect at least better quality product. The mattress didn’t hold its shape, my LO started to use his crib when he was 4months and stopped before turning 2. I ended up using it for 18 months total. It sagged in the middle on both sides. We ended up buying him a new mattress for his toddler bed.

My daughter has this mattress and by the time she was about 18 months old this mattress has a complete dip in the middle of the mattress. For the price I wouldn’t purchase this again
