My zipper broke with minimal use after 3 months, very disappointed with the quality of this.

I have been using this for 9months and it has already broken in two different strap locations. First was in the hospital before we even got to take baby home it broke on the hanging strap and now it has snapped on the shoulder strap. I like the style and compartment setup but this is ridiculous for it to be useless to me already.
Received this bag for my first baby and I’m very pleased with it. It’s a great size, has handy external pockets for bottles, sanitizer and other items you need to get quick. Comes with a change pad as well which has come in handy. This bag is also great to share between my husband and I - it’s not feminine like many other diaper bags on the market.

I was so excited when I ordered this but SO disappointed with the quality. Literally every zipper on this backpack broke within months of getting it, and we were hardly going anywhere (pandemic)!! It looks so nice but I would not recommend due to the poor quality.
We have only had this bag for 3 months now, just a couple days past the return date, and the zipper on the front pouch broke completely. We took the item to buybuyBaby today in person and they said they were unable to help.
I got this because it looked nice and neutral so my husband could also wear it. It's more than just a neutral pack though it's really wonderful, the pockets are smart and I can fit everything I need into it! The material is also high quality and I've detected no deterioration of any of it in the past 6 months.

The day bag is great for taking anywhere. There is lots of room in it and can fit everything you need plus more. It has lots of pockets so there is plenty of room. It is very comfortable to carry and is a great choice for what you need.
