I think it's working? I thought I would have a cleaner air smell. I was using Sharper Image towers and loved the way the air smelled. Then found out they were ozone which is dangerous.. I just had to wipe the insert down occasionally so there was no expensive replacement parts like the filter and UV light. What I am trying to say is I knew the Iconic Breeze was working and it was quiet on all speeds. This one I only use on low because of the noise.

Bought this for my daughter’s dorm and with a roommate, it’s a must! Works really well! I took 1 star away for noise.

I bought this purifier 7 months ago to help control my seasonal allergies and my boyfriends pet allergies. Recently adopting a puppy I thought this would help a lot, it definitely did! We keep this unit in our open concept living space between our living room and kitchen. It's light enough to carry it to our bedroom on nights when our dog sleeps in our room. We noticed the difference immediately, my boyfriend doesn't wake up in the middle of the night sneezing like he used to. I vacuum the black part of the filter once a month, and just replaced the filter yesterday. It's so dirty! I may have to buy a second unit to keep in our bedroom so i don't have to carry this one around.
