Molding so bad. Took my son forever to be able to use it because it’s not positioned right for babies to lay and get washed. Super disappointed and a waste of a registry gift.

We were gifted this bathtub from our registry and ABSOLUTELY LOVE it. Our baby was a premie and once she was able to take baths she got perfectly in the first position. And now at 6 months she refuses to let us switch her to the sitting up position because she loves to lounge back and relax haha. The only downfall is the sling part is molded. We take it completely off the tub to dry after each bath. We clean it with a vinegar spray that I use to clean the bathroom. We don’t want to use harsh chemicals and we looked at just buying the I sent but found out you can’t. Does anyone have any advice or did this happen to anyone else?!

So disappointed in this tub. It is impossible for baby to sit in it comfortably at a young age. And the green insert molds and discolors after one wash. If you try to wash it in the washer it literally holds the soap and doesn’t get rinsed out. Frida baby should stop making this.

This tub does not support newborns, the sling is very uncomfortable for them and leaves their head resting on the plastic part of the tub. Do not recommend.

I like the different positions with this tub and the structure is very stable and seems to work well. The sling though is not great. Had mold spots after only a few weeks of use and though I clean it regularly, I haven’t been able to get rid of mold.

I’ve only used this a few times to bathe my newborn but I’m already disappointed. I wish the sling that holds baby were more stable or cradled them better. It does nothing to hold their body or head steady. Baby is constantly sliding down and we have to hold their head as it has no where to rest. The sling is also a weird foam material. I would’ve expected it to be a higher quality but it is legitimately a thin foam material.

I have always trusted Frida products, but this bathtub is a disappointment. No matter how much you clean and take care of it, the cushion part keeps growing mold. I will now need to spend more money buying another bath tub. 1000% do not recommend this product.

I registered for this bathtub while pregnant with son and wish so badly I never did. Knowing that one of my loved ones spent their hard earned money on a bathtub that would grow mold without a month of use highly upsets me. Within the first month of my sons life the tub seat had already grown mold due to the seat never drying correctly. We tried everything to clean it and nothing worked. I hate to leave a review like this for a Frida product because we think highly of frida products but this is truth and everyone should be aware of this product.
