I absolutely love this pillow, the colors are so vibrant and it looks exactly as it does online. The only thing I regret is ordering the smallest size thinking the next size up would be too big for my crib. The larger size actually would have been perfect.

This arrived basically "flat" instead of a puffy pillow. Called the Customer Service Dept. and they said when it is taken out of the cellophane it puffs up. So- I'm giving it to my granddaughter for her birthday and decided I'd let her have the fun of seeing it puff up. Service Rep said they have been asking that a notice be included in the shipment, but so far they will just get bombarded with questions from worried shoppers. I ordered the 18" pillow and it's lovely.

I am very disappointed with the printing of the name. I chose white and it looks very faded and washed out !
