Fisher-Price® Soothe & Go Succulent Portable Sound Machine

The only good thing about this sound machine is that it is cute. But it is not loud enough at all. It's terribly quiet and only lasts 40 minutes. It's also way bigger & clunkier than expected. I really don't like this at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little sad when it arrived as I thought my toddler would have very little interest in it. It felt baby-ish compared to what she has become accustomed to playing with. I was greatly mistaken. She loves it. Think of it like a calming little personal white noise player for the young ones. She carries it around all the time and even held it to sleep one night. That is high praise because to make it to the sleep toy pile means you are highly loved. So it definitely has a place in our home.

The different sound options include soothing music, nature sounds, white noise, and fan sounds. The volume can be raised or lowered according to what works for you and baby. It takes 3 AA batteries, which do not come with it. Pros: many different settings allows you to customize this to your babies preferences Stays on for a long time. Being able to set the duration of sound/music helps make sure baby is relaxed. Goes and Grows with baby! This soother is so easy to take on the go with you in the car or on vacation. It can grow with your baby into toddlerhood and become a soothing/comfort item for them Wipes down easily. Cute design, but not over stimulating. My 6 week old will stare at this for a long time, and eventually doze off. Cons: The loudest volume setting is still very low. I even changed out the brand new batteries I put in when I received it to make sure that it truly didn’t go any louder. This would have to be used in an otherwise quiet atmosphere to see the effects of it. I would prefer something soft for baby. This soother is hard plastic, and while it is easy to clean by just wiping it down, I worry that it could hurt her if it’s swinging around on her car seat or stroller. I would not recommend this to a friend with other children because of the low volume, and the fact that it is hard plastic. While I could excuse the material, I find that with having a 2.5 year old, he drowns out the sound for my infant. Also, in public places it was not able to be heard well. I wish the volume would go higher, as hearing this is it’s main use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this soother on the go and it easily attached to the car seat. Super easy to use. The toy kept the baby happy as well. Has 2 different sounds, 2 timers, and 2 different volumes. I've been looking for a mobile soother and this is perfect!!

My favorite feature is that it is compact enough to take anywhere on the go. It also has a hook where I can attach to baby car seat or stroller. Fits easily in diaper bag or purse. It is battery operated so I don't have to worry about charging or cords when taking along. It is such a cute design also of a plant succulent. Perfect for a plant mama to be!
