My only regret is ordering this product through Amazon. The dresser is absolutely beautiful and great quality. Unfortunately it got damaged during shipping and one of the drawers was completely unusable. I reached out to Amazon and they were no help at all. Seeing that I couldn't get it back in the original packaging, they told me they wouldn't do anything to help fix this situation. I was extremely bummed and reached out to the company directly and I'm so grateful for them and the amazing customer service I received. They did everything possible to make sure I got a replacement drawer and was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend their products but wouldn't recommend purchasing through Amazon.

I am not able to give a right rating because it is not used yet. The nursery has not been set up yet as my daughter is expecting in late June. However my husband noticed one of the drawers not being aligned correctly which he will try to fix. I was so disheartened to see $200 off special during President's Day weekend sale. Is there a way for me to get my $200 back?

This product says in one place that it doesn't come assembled but in another says no assembly required. It does not come assembled and you have to pay for white glove delivery but they won't even put it in the room you want it, just dropped it in our entryway.
