Even though I read some negative reviews, I fell in love with this set the second I saw it in the store. I was hoping I would be one of the customers who got their products without any damage but that wasn’t the case. Bought the crib, chest (yet to be delivered), and dresser, and other pieces for when our little one is older. The dresser is the only piece that we have open so far and I was very disappointed. The painting on the bottom of the dresser is badly chipped and now we have to wait another 8 weeks to receive a replacement. The best is the third party delivery serví picked it up from the store damaged, and I wasn’t informed that I was getting a damaged product until it was opened in the house. I hope the replacement comes back without any hiccups because, we love this collection and it would be sad and an inconvenience for us to have to send everything back because the color is not something you can easily match from other collection.
I purchased this for my granddaughter last year. The pieces all match and are absolutely beautiful. My daughter liked it so well she wants the same set for her baby due in January. These are quality well made pieces that will last their whole childhood. I love that the the crib turns into a regular bed, so no need to buy multiple sets as they get older. I bought the crib, dresser and nightstand. Its an adorable set.

Corner of dresser was cracked! I don’t have time to wait on a replacement. Super disappointed in the amount of money we spent on this piece just for it to be broken.

I purchased the crib, double dresser and tall dresser for my baby girl and I’m absolutely in love with my nursery! The amount of design details in the crib is beautiful. The dressers are spacious and have plenty of room for all her clothes, blankets, sheets and more. I’m so excited to watch her grow into her room and the furniture is high quality and will for sure last for years to come!

I love the dresser but have to order a replacement. Multiple places of damage. Huge crack on the leg like it was dropped while in transit, scratches all over ,and unfinished spots. Took 6 weeks to get this one and will take just as long, if not longer, to get the replacement which is cutting it so close. I am bummed as we planned accordingly for time but didn’t think it’d be this damaged or damaged at all. I am very happy with the manager I spoke to about it. He was very nice and willing to listen to my concerns. Sadly if the replacement is damaged I don’t want to re order another and wait another 6-8 weeks. A little ridiculous time wise to wait. I can be understanding to an extent but I am highly disappointed there is no way to escalate a replacement order due to damage. We shall see what happens!

In the interest of practicing the highest safety, while still fulfilling customer orders, the organization has made changes.
