I love it! it came assembled and in good shape. Just have to put feet on. I just wish for this very large price tag that it came with the changing pad holder thing!!!
I placed my order over 3 months ago. As of today no one knows why my order hasn't arrived. They keep telling me that they will call me back with news but I never receive that phone call. In addition to all this I am not able to cancel the order because the provider of this furniture is a "third company" not buy buy baby. So they cannot cancel the order. Basically I need to keep waiting until I receive the phone call from them. I definitely regret ordering from here. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.

Overall a good dresser. I had a broken part on the drawer the sliding mechanism broke and customer service was awesome to help me.

This dresser is perfect for our little girl. It has cute accents that match the crib, we love the drawer handles. It is sturdy and the inside of the drawers have a fine finish so hopefully no clothes will get snagged! It fits all of our little ones clothes and accessories perfectly!

I've had no issues with this dresser whatsoever. It is comfortable and beautiful. I'm actually expecting my second baby and just ordered another one in a different color for her nursery.

The only complaint is the company they used to deliver it. The dresser is nicely built, solid and the drawers are smooth and work nicely. No complaints on the piece.

The dresser is nice and sturdy, but there are no screws or hardware to attach feet in box. I’m not sure how to even find the right sizes for everything needed.

Purchased the matching bed in store and it’s perfect, purchased dresser online since store didn’t have them and waited weeks for it to be delivered with a giant hole in shipping box and dresser. I immediately called Buy Buy Baby only to get disconnected after being put on hold after 10 mins. Called back and never could reach anyone, Their customer service line is an eternal dead end. Turned to online chat only to be told they couldn’t help me, it wasn’t their responsibility even though they hired the shipping company, not me. I purchased directly from Buy Buy Baby and now have a piece of junk. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from any business, Save yourself the trouble and purchase on amazon. I guess I have to turn to better business bureau like everyone else.
