The dresser is nice and sturdy, but there are no screws or hardware to attach feet in box. I’m not sure how to even find the right sizes for everything needed.

Purchased the matching bed in store and it’s perfect, purchased dresser online since store didn’t have them and waited weeks for it to be delivered with a giant hole in shipping box and dresser. I immediately called Buy Buy Baby only to get disconnected after being put on hold after 10 mins. Called back and never could reach anyone, Their customer service line is an eternal dead end. Turned to online chat only to be told they couldn’t help me, it wasn’t their responsibility even though they hired the shipping company, not me. I purchased directly from Buy Buy Baby and now have a piece of junk. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from any business, Save yourself the trouble and purchase on amazon. I guess I have to turn to better business bureau like everyone else.

We absolutely ADORE our matching dresser to our Aurora Crib. We went back and fourth on if we need the dresser and we ended up getting it and have zero regrets. It is stunning! So many compliments !

I’m giving this dresser 5 stars because BBB made things right at their Canton location. My husband and I unboxed the dresser we waited 8weeks for only to find a lot of physical damage to the piece. Upset we called the store and expressed our concerns. They were incredibly understanding and had the piece in a different color in stock that we could trade for… we took the trade came home and unboxed the second dresser… it was perfect not a thing out of place. I think if you can and have the patience this piece is worth going back for. Glad we made the second trip. I know the store can’t control how the boxes are handled from the manufacture to the warehouse to the store and I would deem it a gamble on what you’re going to get. When you get a undamaged piece it’s absolutely beautiful. Would purchase again.

My dresser has 3 small cracks in the wood. 2 on the bottom front and 1 on the side. There's also a thick paint drool on it as well.

This furniture is beautiful but not worth the amount of money they ask for. The pieces come uneven. It comes with scratches, and you can tell that was poorly designed. A beautiful product like these should be well designed and should also have high quality standards. Be careful while assembling because the paint comes out easily.

I love the dresser! The only problem is that the delivery wasn’t up to par. The side of the dresser was smashed in…. I don’t know how to go about this as I can’t think of paying this amount and having it look the way it does.

The piece is beautiful but it comes with a lot of scratches, marks, missing paint. By looking you can tell that they are not attached to details. I believe for this price they should delivery a better product. The paint comes off very easily and the wood is not the best ones any touch will leave marks in the furniture
