This is a beautiful crib, no doubt! It looks really elegant and feels sturdy !!!! But, I'm not sure if I received a new one???! The item that I received seemed to be a "refurbised" one. It has several dents, cracks and scratches. Some parts have like scraped, cracked or broken wood and looks like they just repainted so the damage is not too obvious.( I'm pretty sure because that particular scrape/break is in the leg part, compared it and the other side is fine). Scratches and dents are not that big but I'm just expecting a little higher standard when it comes to quality control especially that this crib is a little expensive. If not for the hassle of replacing it because its really huge and heavy, I could have done it. Screws are a bit challeging to put. You need two people to do it ( it will be easier). Took us almost an hour to finish setting it up. Shipping and delivery is fast. Delivery men were careful, I have no complain. I just hope that Buy Buy baby/Bed bath and beyond would do something about the issues above. I will try to upload photos next time( my file maybe too big, unsuccesful upload).
If I could select a "0" star option for the rating I certainly would. Please take this review for what it's worth, I am not rating the product itself. The crib is beautiful and you should certainly order for your new baby. However, I would 100% order from Amazon (with no delivery charge and cheaper price tag). The delivery service, which you pay $59 for each piece of furniture has been HORRIBLE! They are supposed to call you first to schedule a day of delivery. I received this call for scheduling at 9:48 p,m., a bit late for a business call in my opinion. However, after scheduling the date of delivery they tell you that the night before your scheduled delivery, they will call you with a 4 hour window for time of delivery. They never called me with a time the night before my delivery. So, I had to call their office and try to get a time of delivery. They quoted me a 4 hour window of 3-7. 6:50 rolls around and I still don't have my delivery or a phone call from the delivery service. So, I had to take it upon myself yet again to call them requesting an update. At this point, they tell me the truck has been delayed and won't be arriving until 9:30. That's 9:30 PM! with a delivery that needs to be carried into my home with a newborn and a toddler sleeping. I THINK NOT! So I cancelled the delivery that day and was told I could reschedule for another day at which point they would guarantee my order be delivered before 7 PM.**At this point I also informed Buy Buy Baby about the terrible home delivery service thus far. They called the delivery service and also confirmed that my delivery would come at a time before 7 when rescheduled.**The delivery service was to call me the following day to reschedule. As per their usual, they did NOT call me as promised and I had to reach out to them. They gave me a Saturday delivery date, and told me that they would call the night prior with time window. Friday night...received no call with time window. I had to call them Saturday morning (day of delivery) requesting a time window. They told me the time window was 4-8. At which point I told them that was unacceptable as I was promised delivery before 7 and this is why I had cancelled a previously scheduled delivery. Their response was pretty much, "too bad". At this point, I called customer service with BuyBuy Baby to cancel the whole order. After waiting on hold for over an hour, I was told that the woman could not help me in any way. So here I am waiting for furniture..still.

We are happy with our purchase :) We just installed to toddler rail, because our daughter is two now. When she’s five we will order the full bed conversation kit.

I had bought a brand new crab, still in the box, from an individual and while putting it together, realized it was missing some pieces. I immediately contacted the manufacturer and instantly, they reached out to me and sent me the parts that I needed. It is absolutely stunning and I am so pleased with the results.The company was super helpful, nice and I LOVE THE RESULTS!!!

This set is very dainty and perfect for a baby girl nursery. We have had it for about a year and a half now and it is still holding well!

This is such a BEAUTIFUL crib and the best quality!!! My baby Amelia will love it and the best part is that it will grow with her!! I was missing a few parts and the manufacturer replied to my email immediately that evening with a response. The next morning, I received another email with a solution. Best customer service and they made it extremely easy and stress free for me!!
