Evenflo® Pivot Xpand™ Stroller Second Seat in Percheron

Being able to make this stroller either a single stroller or double stroller is a real game changer! This made taking my two youngest babies out loads easier! The second seat is so easy to put in when you are ready to use it. You flip a single handle on the bottom of the stroller base and the seat slides right in! It isn’t bulky at all, so storing the seats or putting them in the trunk of your car is super easy and they fit so well. I am able to set the seats at different reclines for the developmental stages of both of my babies, which is nice because one likes to ride sitting up, while the other needs to have a good bit of recline. The style is very minimalistic, which is something I like, but other may want a fancier look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the pivot expand 2nd seat from Stellar Product testing for my honest review of this product. The second seat is available to be purchased separately if you want to expand your pivot stroller into a double stroller. The seat came in it’s own box, and was packaged really nicely, a lot of durable protection. I installed the seat seat less than a minute. I slide each side up for the single stroller seat. Then I squeezed the gray button at the front of the stroller to release the attachment piece for second seat. And then placing the second seat just a click away. The seat just slipped right onto the attachment with no fuss. The seat did come with a handle bar that just snaps right into the seat as well. I had fun trying all the different positions the stroller can do as a double stroller, seems like the options are endless. I love love love that the seat can turn into a bassinet. I also love how easy the fabric can come off the seat to be able to toss in the washer. Only two things I did not like about the second seat is the gray release button to recline the seat. The recline button sticks out too far and feel almost cheap and that it could easily be broke. The second feature I don’t like is the hood is attached to the seat. Honestly I haven’t messed much with it. I was walking and tried to pull the shade down more so that the sun wouldn’t be in my daughters eyes. But the hood wouldn’t budge. I did not look for a zipper, buttons, or Velcro to release the hood’s attachment. But the hood of the seat is very large when sitting up right, just wish when seat was reclined it could cover a little more. I’m just so happy that I do not need any extra attachments to carry around to be able to attach a second seat or to turn the second seat into a bassinet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this stroller as a single and with an infant car seat however my favorite set up is using it with this second seat. While I like all the main features of this stroller, where I think it really shines is in its ability to so easily convert from a single to a double and the many configurations it offers for two kids. I have a 2 year old and an infant and have used this stroller in many ways, however most frequently I have my infant on top facing me and my toddler on the bottom facing out though I can easily flip the direction the seats face when needed. One of the features I love most about this seat is its ability to fully recline and expand to a carriage-like position for an infant. This is such a cool feature that I haven’t seen on many strollers. Other strollers require a separate, bulky carriage attachment that you have to purchase separately and then store when not in use which isn’t ideal. Being able to go from a normal seat to a fully reclined infant-ready seat is really a game changer for me. There are a couple things I wish were improved. While the canopy is decent, I’d like to see extendable panels to provide better shade for stroller naps. Also, the belly bar either has to be completely on or off which I don’t like. I wish you could unclip one side and swing it over to get your kid in or out and then clip it back. Overall, I think this is a fantastic double stroller at this price point with many features that make it feel even more high end. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the Pivot Xpand Second Seat for the Pivot Xpand Modular Stroller was a game changer. My wife and I were able to convert our single stroller into a double stroller with just a few clicks. It was so simple to set up and install. We have two children, ages 1 and 3 and this stroller with the second seat attachment is perfect for our family. Our daughter can ride in the top seat, facing us and our son rides on the bottom portion facing out. He can jump in and out of the seat easily if he wants to run for a few moments and can climb back in when his legs are tired. Our three-year-old is a very tall child and still fits comfortably in the seat. Our favorite part of the second seat is that it can fully recline. When we are going on long walks or are out and have a sleepy child, we can fully recline the seat and provide a more comfortable place for our kids to nap than other strollers. We frequently go on walks to our local park and around our neighborhood and this stroller and second seat attachment have been perfect.

I think this is a phenomenal product and my toddler loved riding in the stroller while using the Pivot Xpand Second Seat. The look of this stroller is sleek and very classy. It is comfortable and the material is durable. I love how I am able to use the stroller with one child, but just as easily add another seat, without needing additional equipment. I love that the seat is easy to collapse and compacts easily to fit into small spaces. My favorite feature of this seat is the canopy shield with the peekaboo window and the durable construction. This is a great seat and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a stroller to grow with the family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right off the bat upon opening the box that my Pivot Xpand second seat came in, I was thrilled to note that it was a perfect match to the seat that came with the Pivot Xpand Modular Stroller. I received both in Ayshire black. The fabric appears comfortable and easy to clean, and while it won't be winning any awards for style, it's got clean lines and a super simple set-up. I am beyond thrilled at how easy this seat has been to turn my single stroller into a double and how exciting it is to have a single stroller than can transform depending on the needs of each specific outing. It is so, so easy to slide the first seat up and pop the second seat on that the first time I did it, I honestly thought I might have missed something. Nope, it's just that easy! I only had two complaints, the seats are a bit shorter than I would like. My 3yr old was slightly cramped, which means my 5yr old looked kind of silly sitting in it. The second issue is that you can't recline either seat once you put the second seat on if they're both facing the same direction. Not the end of the world, but I did find it slightly irritating. All in all, this seat is a must buy if you go with the Pivot Xpand. It opens up so many options! Thanks so much to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this seat to try!

The seat is easy to install and needs no tools to attach it to the stroller. It can convert from toddler to infant mode and face both forward and backward just like the original seat. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I borrowed my neighbor’s daughter and walked her and my youngest (who are both two years old) to the library to try out the Pivot Xpand second seat we got as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I think we all loved it! It has a sleek black look and is comfortable for toddlers (and even my four year old!) I have another brand of single to double stroller very similar to this one and the ease of attaching the second seat compared to my other stroller literally made my jaw drop. The design is just BRILLIANT. Incorporating and hiding the attachment bars into the single stroller seat is genius and makes it so much easier to travel with this model. Beyond that, my favorite feature of this seat is that you are able to face the second seat AWAY from the first seat, making the inevitable kicking of one sibling in the back of the head a thing of the past. The stroller itself doesn’t fold up with the second seat attached, but that isn’t a deal breaker for me. I just love that I can decide whether I need it to be a single or a double stroller, and I can always store the second seat away for using as a pram attachment for a future baby!
