Evenflo® Gold Otto™ Self-Folding Lightweight Stroller in Grey

Super super super mad and disappointed with bbb's service. I got this travel stroller before baby's born. We didn't open it until when she turns 6 months because we decided to take her on her first trip. So We found out this stroller doesn't come with bumper bar, cup holder and cleaning wipes ( i didn't even What is it but by the details it should have it). Anyway We don't care about the cup holder and wipes, the bar is for the safty issue, it is the most important part for baby's safty. We called the customer service initially they promised they can replace the parts. We Wait for 3 weeks, and i called them again they said they can't replace the parts because it past 90 days. I'm very shocked, We have a uppababe stroller, Which we've been used for. I got evenflo for travel, how would we know it is an open box. It is beyond my thought they put the baby's safty behind. What parents on earth will lie about it. Will never ever buy things from bbb.

I will say the convenience of the one button fold is excellent, but I should have listened to the warning about the squeaky wheels. My poor two year old used to love napping in her Graco stroller, in fact I would take her for walks everyday so she would nap. As she got bigger and we started to travel more I opted for a lightweight stroller for the airport so I chose this Otto based on weight and ease of folding down. I can say after only four months and minimal use this stroller has become unusable for us. The noise from the wheels is SO loud and with every turn wakes my daughter up no matter what surface we’re on. I am so sad as I love the look and feel, but the noise is unbearable. Back on the hunt for the best lightweight and easy folding stroller :-(

I bought this stroller for a trip with my 11 month old. After 1-2 days, the wheels were so squeaky and loud that my baby was not able to nap in it....which never happened with the stroller that we have at home (Thule). I do not recommend this stroller. The wheels feel extremely cheap.

I really liked the concept of this stroller except I HATE how squeaky it is and how cheap the wheels are. The squeaks are so annoying when we take it to the store

Expecting my first child and as a single father, I will mostly be babybjorning. That said, I wanted a stroller that on odd occasions when I wanted to give my back a break, and something lightweight to stay in the car's trunk. This fits the bill.

We love this stroller! The wheels squeak a little but we don’t care because the one button fold up and down is amazing.

Returned it. Wheels are very squeaky and one of the wheels didn’t even roll! Really weird.

The stroller is great for travel and lightweight! The wheels feel cheap and not sturdy! I’ve been using it for 3 days and it’s so squeaky! It’s loud! Need to find a remedy for that
