Loved the stroller it saved us on our trip to the beach

I bought this stroller for air travel and have been continually blown away by how great it is. Much to the flight attendant’s surprise, this stroller DOES fit in the overhead compartment. The storage basket seems small but does fit my large diaper bag (provided it’s not stuffed to the gills). The push is smooth and the stroller can handle an all day outing. My daughter slept through a very loud wedding reception in this stroller, so it must be comfortable! The fold and unfold can be slightly sticky, but not a deal breaker in any way. Some sort of snack tray or cup would make this perfect. I hope to see that added to the accessories!

We’ve been using the pram for the last few weeks. It’s really well built and our child seems really comfortable in it. The main issue I’ve found so far is when she’s in recline position it’s relent difficult to reach the brake. It fits in the overhead compartment on a plane which makes it really convenient however we ordered the bag separately and it’s really flimsy.

We bought this stroller because it fits in overhead compartments and was well reviewed for cobblestones. We wanted to use as a travel system as well with our Chicco Keyfit car seat in addition to as a stroller. However, when we got the stroller and adapter in person it appears you have to attach and remove the car seat adapter with a screwdriver every time you want to switch back and forth, making it impossible to use in an airport. You also cannot fold it all the way with the adapter on, meaning it no longer fits in the overhead compartment. It’s a shame because this stroller otherwise checks all of our boxes for European travel to see relatives, but that’s a dealbreaker (and also just an eminently stupid design).
Purchased this so I could solo-travel with my baby given it is advertised as a one-hand fold. However, after testing it realized that closing/opening it takes both hands and at least a foot; therefore not an option when traveling and holding a baby in your arms. On top of this, please note that they ship this as 2 separate boxes, which means 2x return shipping costs (yes, they don't cover return shipping even no matter if due to false advertising). If you only care about a compact stroller and don't care about ease of use, then this could meet your criteria. I wish someone had called them out on this prior to purchasing.

I did a ton of research before purchasing this stroller and was very excited to receive it. Upon opening the stroller I noticed that 1. it was not easy to open with one hand and I struggle to open it in general with two hands. 2. The sunshade has a VERY loud clicking noise when you open and close it, plus it opens unevenly ... apparently, so you can have one side a notch farther than the other for sun? This is something that would definitely wake my son if he was sleeping or trying to fall asleep. 3. It does not always stand on its own and has fallen over more times than I could place it 'just so' and it stood for a few seconds on its own. The stroller is very compact and pretty lightweight which I like, and it seems like the seat is padded and comfortable. When I contacted customer service about this, I had to go through multiple emails, send 4+ videos, and ultimately was told "this is just how the stroller is". While the actual customer service person I was emailing with was nice, I'm still stuck with a stroller I'm unhappy with and Ergobaby is not interested in sending a replacement or allowing me to return the stroller without extra hassle. Just be aware of this before you purchase this stroller (or any of their other products) and are in the same boat. Pretty disappointing.

I don’t want to think about how much I read and researched about which travel stroller to get. But, the Ergo Metro had been 10/10. It’s so nice and almost feels like a full standard stroller but folds down to fit in the overhead bin. Pushes sturdy and our 3yr old loves it as much as the 1 yr old. I really think it comes down to deciding what’s the most important factors in your travel stroller. I didn’t really care about weight or fitting it into my purse (which ARE nice features!) as much as I wanted quality and comfort. I really think this will be the last stroller we buy.
