I bought this about a month ago and at first I wasn't sure I'd made the right decision. I've never owned a carrier like this before and I felt like the learning curve was pretty steep. I went to my local babywearing group and they helped me get the right fit and now I looove it! My boy is 3 months and 17lbs. We currently just use the pillow from the infant insert but not the whole insert. Pros: It really does allow for heat to escape. My little boy had a fever for three days recently and wanted to be held all the time. When I put him in this I could literally feel the heat escaping from the back panel. I don't think I could have worn him for such a long period of time in any other carrier. We are going to the Caribbean this week and I cannot wait to use it in the heat there. My only cons are that I feel like the straps rub under my arms, although I am pretty sensitive there, & I wish there was a pocket to store keys/phone or something small.
Got this carrier because it was supposed to be cooler than the other ones. I returned it because of several reasons: the fabric is actually very rough on my new baby's skin, the shoulder straps are super bulky and it looked terrible on me a women, 5'8" 125 lbs, and it caused shoulder pain!! I really hated this carrier even though I wanted to love it.

I’ve always loved my ergo carrier! I have mine away after my first two babies and then had a 3rd so bought another 360!!! So easy to use, I wear my babies all the time. And they last so long bc the weight is distributed so well!!!!! I must say I did like my older version a bit better with the Velcro waist and not as bulky shoulder straps but I do enjoy the new added back support panel! I will never have a baby without having an ergo 360!!!

We got the Ergo 360 with our first baby. He needed to be held or in constant motion and the ergo was a way of life. We carried him on outings, during chores, and many naps. Four years later and we have welcomed baby #2! He spends a large part of the day in the ergo as we chase big brother around, do chores and (he) takes naps. This is hands down my favorite baby/toddler product. It's more comfortable than a ring sling and easy to put on. The mesh helps keep both of us from overheating. It fits my 5'-4" build as well as my 5'-10" husband. Love it!

Out of all the baby carriers we have tried with out children thus far, this is definitely the most uncomfortable one. It’s absolutely impossible to get comfortable in this thing. Do not waste your money unless you want to have sore shoulders and the constant feeling like your baby will fall out if you move the wrong way.

These really are the best carriers. Someone gifted me a baby Bourne but it was so hard and complicated to put on and get baby in. The ergo is so Comfy and so easy to put baby in!! Thank you for making such a great product

You have to somehow clip it in the middle of your back. And even then you can’t really tighten it unless you have a second person so it slips off. Having owned other carriers for our other two kids, highly recommend something else!
