Embe® Classic 2-Way Swaddle™ in Grey Stripe

Loved the look of this but did not function well. Velcro placement caused scratching on my son and the sizing never worked for him.

I’ve used this swaddle with my first baby and now again with my second. Not only are the colors and designs beautiful, the swaddle just works. Once I put my babies in their swaddle they instantly calm and know it’s time for sleep. It’s such a crucial part of our bedtime routine. I make sure to pull the top part down so it’s snug around the shoulders then wrap as tight as I can and this prevents any little hands from coming out. Also, this color is soooo good in person!

My newborn is a little wiggler and would come out of all the traditional swaddles. I tried a few Velcro ones but they all just were all too big for her. Then I found this one! Life saver! She stays so snug and I can easily change her diaper!

We struggled to find a swaddle that was wide enough to accommodate our hip dysplasia braces. Allowing legs to be out, this swaddled helped solve our issues. Now my newborn can still be swaddles and hip healthy!

LOVE this sand color! I previously reviewed the starter swaddle, but I also LOVE the long sleeve option. Keeps my little love warm even when his legs are out with his Pavlik harness for hip dysplasia.

My son was recently diagnosed with hip dysplasia. As our second child with hip dysplasia, we were prepared in our expectations. But, since my son is a newborn and still swaddled, we had no idea how we were going to get any sleep. I found Embe on Instagram and these swaddles have been a Godsend. My son can be swaddled, and sleep peacefully, while still allowing his legs to be at the correct angles in his Pavlik harness. My wife and I have tried several swaddles since our little one was born. The main swaddle we used always frustrated him because he could always manage to wiggle one arm out. The two things we love most from this swaddle is the zipper that keeps our baby secure with no way to wiggle out and the option to keep his legs outside of the swaddle. We recommend this swaddle to anyone on the fence!

This swaddle is a nice alternative to keep baby cooler in the summer with the legs out. Sometimes my baby likes it but sometimes she get uncomfortable with it (she is very squirmy). My only issue is if I pull the zipper all the way down it tends to get flipped and rub on baby's belly which irritates her. Lastly it is a bit cumbersome to try and stuff baby's legs in the pouch, so I normally only use it with the legs out.
