Elvie® Stride Plus Hands-Free, Hospital-Grade Electric Breast Pump in White

I bought this pump. It comes with a defective one which cannot be started. Then, I got a replacement. However, it was only three days I used it, then it broke. It cannot pump out any milk anymore. It is really. waste of money.

I have been using the Elvie Pump ever since my baby was born last Dec22,2022 but I noticed its becoming more loose and its not pumping more milk from my breast. The first week was amazing but upon exclusively using it , it becomes more and more loose and pumping was usually good at 5 but now I reach 8 and its pumping not that hard anymore ..

Bought this about a month ago as a single mom anything hands free works but the only thing is that I wish it would express milk harder, specially for the price. While I use the wall pump and get 6-8 ounces I get 2-3 ounces using the evite pump. That’s the only down fall but great for multitasking.

As a mom of three, this pump makes life so much easier! I can be active with the toddlers and hold the baby all while pumping.

I had a Spectra with my first child and I wanted something a little more discreet/smaller for traveling and work. The Elvie Stride is a game changer! It empty’s me better than my Spectra! It’s easy and on the go! I’m so happy I got it! Only wish it came with larger capacity cups and extra cups. Washing the cups after every pump at work, is very time consuming.

Being hospital grade, I thought this would work better than the medela. However, after 2 or 3 pumps, my left breast never gets as much as my right. The suction seems less for whatever reason, and I have to disconnect one tube to only pump one breast at a time. Or I use my manual pump and get more out if my left breast. Quite disappointing. The pump parts also can never dry completely before the next pump session. You can’t possibly pump every 3 hours with semi wet parts, especially in a sterile way.

This makes exclusively pumping so much easier! I love that I can be hands free (from pumping), not tied to the wall, and do other things around the house. It’s a bit difficult to hold my 6 week old since the cups are so hard, but I usually put him on my lap if I need to feed him or hold him. My only qualms with the product are that the seal on one cup leaks at times, and the motor does not hold a charge for more than 1.5 sessions.

Great hands free pump for on the go. The actual pump is not as quiet as I thought it would be but still discrete. You can download the app to track and control your pumping. It is bulky when using which is to be expected. I would recommend this as one to anyone who is working & pumping or on-the-go moms! (**A con would be that after dismantling, cleaned, and when you go to reassemble, it can be a pain. Getting the 2 parts to sit together well can be tricky. **)
