Really not what I expected I don’t like at all bad quality

I bought my granddaughter her first one when she was three months old. It quickly became her best friend. She never goes anywhere without it. It’s been thru everything from her picking it’s eyes while falling asleep to being thrown up on and being washed dozens of times. It’s still in great shape. I recently purchased another just in case her original gets lost. The quality is excellent and price is great. The personalization is beautiful and doesn’t fade. If you’re on the fence about this elephant let me be your invitation to the buy it side. The child in your life will adore it.

It’s been a month now. They said it already shipped but I didn’t get it. Also I can’t contract them. I’m not going to shop there anymore. No good. They lie.
