Dream On Me Synergy 5-in-1 Convertible Crib in White

Very nice crib - using it from day 0 & I’m sure we will be able to use this when my kid becomes a toddler. Added advantage: this can be converted to a day bed, sofa etc. can’t expect more!!

I purchased a product that was missing a few parts-not at the fault of the company. I purchased through a return service. Anna in the parts dept and her staff were prompt and fair in getting me the customer service I needed! I will ALWAYS recommend this company! Baby bed put together and awaiting my new grandbaby girl! More than satisfied!

The color was what initially caught my eye. It's so hard to find this color in a crib but when I researched it, the crib was better than expected. It's definitely stable and even comes with a piece to put over the top of the railing. My little loves his little bed. When he gets bigger I will purchase the conversion pieces to make it a twin. One of the best parts is it's really affordable.

Purchased this at an auction site and hardware was missing called the company and they shipped out the missing pieces and bed is up and ready for baby grandson.

I purchased this crib and the toddler side rail 18 months ago when my granddaughter was about to be born. The crib worked wonderfully, being able to adjust it repeatedly as my granddaughter grew. Recently, as she is now 18 months, we decided to transform the crib into a toddler bed. We had not opened the toddler bed side rail previously. When we did, we found that pieces were missing. Although it was 18 months after the purchase, Anna at DOM customer service, went to great lengths to provide us with the necessary replacement parts. I greatly appreciate both the crib/ bed and its functionality and, Anna, who worked to get us the appropriate parts.

I bought this crib for my first baby and am already thrilled with the customer service. One of the screws that came with the crib was defective, and DOM got a replacement screw in the mail for me within 24 hours. Also, this crib is so sturdy and has a very clean and classic appearance. Love the bonus that it's certified greenguard and up to code.

The hardware for my crib set was not in the original packaging. I skeptically contacted customer service via email and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and attentive they were and how quickly they rectified the problem and updated me every step of the way. The crib is now set up and its beautiful! Thank you!

Love the crib ! Very durable has been used for two babies! And dont worry if you lose a skrew like me you can contact the company and get a hardware kit!
