I was having issues with dissembling the bassinet so I reached out to customer service and they responded right away. We kept going back and forth because I was having issues with how to do it and they never gave up. I sent them photos, videos and we went back and forth and finally figured it out. They were available mot only during the week but over the weekend very responsive and assured that they would continue to help me figure it out. I would definitely recommend not only this product but if you have any issues the customer service is exceptional!!!!!
