Dream On Me Morgan 5-in-1 Convertible Crib in Steel Grey

This is a very nice, quality crib. Very sturdy, nice grey color. Great crib for a great price. Used it with my first born and now going to reuse it with my second. While reassembling it, I noticed that the front frame was missing while moving to our new house. Contacted Dream on me team and they were so kind to send me the missing/replacement part.

I was missing tools and parts. Did not have a receipt. Asked if i could get the tools and parts and they were very prompt at getting back to me and getting them to me.

This crib came out of the package with multiple damaged parts including ones that could not have been caused any other time but during the manufacturing process. There is a massive gap between the top of where the side rail and front rail meet that took some reworking in order to not make it a safety hazard, the detail molding on the back panel was halfway broken off on the longer side. There is another small crack in the back panel where the molding is as well as some other minor ones that ended up covered once assembled. I would expect for a mid-ranged priced crib to be manufactured with better craftsmanship and not have so many issues. There was no freight damage so these issues are from the manufacturing process.

We purchased a Dream on me crib and it was delivered with a chip out of the rail. We have worked with the greatest customer service staff ever at Dream On Me! We had our crib part replaced by Dream On Me and couldn’t be happier with the crib. We also bought a mini Crib from the and it is of terrific quality!

I saw this crib online and thought it was beautiful. It is, in real life too! It was pretty easy to assemble. I had one piece that was slightly damaged but Dream On Me was great and replaced it within a few days! I can’t wait for my baby boy to sleep in this when he comes. I am also excited that it is convertible. May use it for another baby after this one but glad it can be a toddler or twin bed! Thanks Dream on Me!!!

This crib came pretty damaged, we had already unpackaged and started assembling before we noticed so decided to keep it.

The bed came with a huge chunk of wood dented. Scratches on headboard. This price must be for scratch and dent. I would have paid full price and still received this. Very disappointed.

It’s pretty expensive for how thin the wood is. I was thinking it would be sturdier. I think you’re better off paying for something less expensive and getting the same quality. It is really nice looking and I can’t be troubled to return it at this point. But honestly, for a convertible crib you expect to use for a long time, it doesn’t make sense to be made with cheap materials. It also had some nicks in it from shipping probably.
